1. Our Services

We provide forestry mulching, land clearing, brush hogging, stump grinding, and landscaping services for residential, commercial, and private landowner properties in Southeast Georgia and parts of South Carolina.

We do not provide grading or land leveling. Stump grinding grinds stumps down to ground level; stumps are not pulled out of the ground. Forestry mulching leaves the mulched material on the property.

2. Website Information Is Not a Quote

The information on this website, including service descriptions, timeframes, job sizes, and photos, is general information only. It is not a quote, offer, or guarantee for your property. Photos show past work, and results on your property will depend on its conditions.

3. Estimates

Estimates are free. Prices are given after we review your property. An estimate is based on what can be seen and what you tell us at the time. Conditions that weren't visible or disclosed may change the work needed.

4. Pricing and Signed Agreements

The price for each job is agreed on before work begins and set out in a signed agreement. That agreement controls the specific work, price, payment terms, and schedule for your job. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

If you ask for work beyond the signed agreement, or if conditions found on site change the work, we will talk with you about the change and any added cost before doing that work.

5. Minimum Job Size and Travel

For forestry mulching and land clearing, the minimum job size is generally one acre. Properties farther from Hinesville, Georgia may require a larger minimum. We serve properties within approximately 150 miles of Hinesville, including parts of South Carolina, and we decide whether a job is a fit based on its size and distance.

6. Your Responsibilities as the Property Owner

By hiring us, you confirm that:

• You own the property or have the authority to approve the work.
• The property lines and the areas to be worked are accurately shown to us.
• You have told us about anything known on or under the work area, such as private underground lines, irrigation, septic systems, wells, buried debris, or fencing. Public utility locating services do not mark private lines.
• Any permits or approvals required for the work are your responsibility unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
• We have safe access to the work area on the scheduled days.

7. Site Conditions and Hidden Objects

We walk each property before work begins, but thick brush and growth can hide holes, soft ground, debris, and other objects. We are not responsible for damage to items or features that were hidden, unmarked, or not disclosed to us. We may pause or change the work if we find a condition that is unsafe for people or equipment.

8. Scheduling, Weather, and Ground Conditions

We are available Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Any timeframe given for a job is an estimate. Actual time depends on the size of the property, how thick the growth is, the weather, and ground conditions. Rain or wet ground may require us to reschedule to protect your property and our equipment.

9. Payment

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Cash App, and credit cards. Payment amounts and due dates are set out in your signed agreement.

10. Text Messaging Terms

When you give us your phone number through this website, you agree to receive text messages from D Brown Off the Chain about your inquiry and project, including replies to your request, estimate and scheduling details, and automatic texts if we miss your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not required to get an estimate or hire us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You may not copy, reuse, or republish the text, photos, or logo on this website without our written permission. All content belongs to D Brown Off the Chain Lawn Care LLC unless otherwise noted.
