Bush Hogging
Overgrown lot brush hogging in Hinesville, GA
A lot that has gone a season or two is usually a bush hog job, not a clearing job. Derrick cuts it back to a few inches so it can be shown, sold or kept up.

Lots, frontage and vacant land
Vacant lots, land waiting on a build and property frontage along the road all grow up fast here. Brush hogging keeps them presentable and keeps the county happy. If the lot has gone long enough that saplings and briars have taken over, it moves to forestry mulching, and Derrick will say so on the estimate.
Questions about overgrown lot brush hogging
My lot is less than an acre. Can you cut it?
The minimum is about one acre. If the lot is near Hinesville or near another job on the schedule, call and ask.
What if there is trash or debris in the brush?
Derrick walks every lot before cutting and pulls out anything that would damage the cutter. Dumped debris that needs hauling is not part of the service, but he will tell you what is there.
