Forestry Mulching
Forestry mulching and land clearing near Hinesville, GA
Most properties need a mix: mulch the brush, take down the trees that are in the way, grind the stumps low. Derrick handles all of it in one trip so you deal with one person from the first walk to the last pass.

When you need both
A homesite with a few big trees in the footprint, a tract where the brush has grown into real timber, or a lot that needs to be clean enough for a builder. Forestry mulching handles the brush and small trees; land clearing takes care of the trees that are too big for the mulcher head; stump grinding brings what is left down low.
Derrick does not do grading or dirt work. The property is left cleared and mulched, ready for whoever is doing the pad or driveway next.

One operator, start to finish
The same person who quotes the job runs the machine and finishes it. There is no crew to coordinate and no second contractor to wait on for the stumps.

Do you do grading or leveling after clearing?
No. Derrick clears, mulches and grinds stumps. Grading and pad work are done by a grading contractor after the lot is cleared.
Can you clear a lot for a house?
Yes. Lots for construction are a regular job. See the Land Clearing for Construction page for how that works.
